Mythic Life offers a flexible return policy to ensure our customers are delighted with their purchases. If you wish to return a non-customized item, you may do so within 30 days for either an exchange or store credit. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Please ship your item and receipt or contact us to make arrangements. For mail-in returns, store credit will include an additional 10% bonus as our thank you for shopping with us. If an item has been customized then the item is non returnable unless there is a defect. Customized items that are defective in craftsmanship will be eligible for exchange only.

You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. 

Order processing time

Due to the nature of our business most items are made to order. To ensure quality craftsmanship please allow three to seven business days for production plus shipping time. 

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

International orders

We do not offer international shipping. For an exception please contact us via shiftcreativellc@gmail.com.

Tracking your order 

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information if available. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
